NEW YORK and BENGALURU; July 8, 2024 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has acquired Excelmax Technologies, a Bangalore, India-based semiconductor design services provider. Indus was retained by Excelmax to find most suitable technology partner to create maximum value while retaining the team together.
Indus was instrumental in finding the right partner in Accenture and advising the executive team through all stages of the transaction, for a successful close in 4 months.
The acquisition enhances Accenture’s growing silicon design and engineering capabilities. Excelmax has expertise in custom silicon solutions used in data centers, artificial intelligence (AI) and computational platforms that enable edge AI deployments, for clients in the automotive, telecommunications and other high-tech industries.

Indus was instrumental in guiding Morphing Machines with business plan and product roadmap leading to secure round seed investment

Fremont, CA, July 12, 2024. Indus Semiconductor LLC, a Silicon Valley based high tech advisory firm was instrumental in advising Morphing Machines with during its seed funding round. Indus engaged with Morphing Machines in early 2024 providing guidance on product manufacturing, go-to-market and marketing strategies, giving confidence to investors.

02 SEP 2024 Cabinet approves one more semiconductor unit under India Semiconductor Mission (ISM). With the objective to develop a vibrant semiconductor ecosystem, the Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi approved the proposal of Kaynes Semicon Pvt Ltd to setup a semiconductor unit in Sanand, Gujarat.
The proposed unit will be setup with an investment of Rs 3,300 crore. The capacity of this unit will be 60 Lakh chips per day. The chips produced in this unit will cater to a wide variety of applications which include segments such as industrial, automotive, electric vehicles, consumer electronics, telecom, mobile phones, etc.

Indus Advisors developed an innovative business model for fabless company, specifically for India. Based on this strategy, business plan and product roadmap, iVP Semiconductor was launched.

iVP Semi has secured $5 million in pre-Series A funding to build its presence in India, scale operations, set up testing facilities, and activate marketing initiatives. The company is establishing chip design centers in Chennai and Bangalore, and a 20,000 sq. ft. production test facility in Chennai.
